By accessing or using the Services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy.
You must agree to these Terms of Service and Privacy Policy before accessing or using the Services. If you are between the ages of 13 and 17, you represent that your legal guardian has read and agrees to these Terms.
You agree not under any circumstances to: a. Engage in any behavior that INTELLIGENTIX LLC believes conflicts with the spirit or intent of the Service, including but not limited to circumventing or manipulating these Terms, our game rules, game mechanics or policies; bay. Improper use of INTELLIGENTIX LLC support services, including submitting false abuse reports; or c. Use the Services in violation of any applicable law or regulation, or do anything that promotes the violation of any applicable law or regulation; d. Use cheats, exploits, automation software, bots, hacks, mods or any unauthorized third-party software designed to modify or interfere with the gaming experience, or use any unauthorized third-party software to intercept, "mine" or otherwise Other means of collecting information from the Game or Services, including without limitation any software that reads areas used by the Game to store information about characters or the game environment; e. Use the Services to design or assist in the design of cheats, automated software, bots, hacks, mods, or any other unauthorized third-party software designed to modify or interfere with the gaming experience.
All rights and ownership rights in and to the Services (including, without limitation, any user accounts, games, computer code, themes, objects, characters, character names, stories, dialogue, catchphrases, locations, concepts, artwork, animations, sounds, musical compositions , audio-visual effects, operating methods, moral rights, any related documents, "mini programs" included in the game client, character profile information, game recordings played using the game client, game client and server software) belong to INTELLIGENTIX LLC or its Proprietary to Licensor. The Games and Services are protected by U.S. and international laws and may contain certain Licensed Materials in which INTELLIGENTIX LLC licensors may enforce their rights if any violation of this Agreement occurs.
INTELLIGENTIX LLC will not be responsible for any delay or failure in performance due to causes beyond INTELLIGENTIX LLC reasonable control, including but not limited to due to unforeseen circumstances or causes beyond INTELLIGENTIX LLC control (such as acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes , civil or military authorities)). Fire, flood, accident, strike or shortage of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labor or materials. I hereby confirm that I have read and understood the above Terms of Use Agreement and agree that my use of the Game and Services constitutes my agreement to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Terms of Use Agreement.
This Agreement is effective until terminated. You may terminate this Agreement by terminating your account and losing access to the game client. If you terminate or breach this Agreement, you may no longer use our Services. INTELLIGENTIX LLC may terminate this Agreement with or without notice by terminating the account.
